I have always lived by the declaration that "The mind is the most powerful part of your body!" The strongest “muscle” in your entire body is not located in your legs, chest, arms, or back. The human mind is definitely the most powerful “muscle” and a strong mind can push you through Anything!

When you think about a marathon runner, a triathlete, or the racers in Alaska's Iditarod Trail 1000 Invitational, which is the world's longest and most challenging race, it's not their battered, bruised, broken, sometimes bleeding bodies that get them across the finish line, It's their MIND!
Regularly I'm asked whether I see the glass as half empty or half full? My glass is Always Full! That is not to say I don't have challenges or haven't endured some learning experiences (aka as "failures" to some). It just means that My Mind chooses to think differently.
Some years ago, I had my purse snatched, resulting in a knee injury. I endured three surgeries within nine months and a total of 18 months of rehab. The doctor said I would probably not be comfortable in heels again ( which I can't live without) and walk with a limp. Even through the grueling physical therapy and setbacks, my mind never processed that.
When I was finally able to walk without any assistance, someone that I had recently met said to me, "I notice you walk with a limp. Are you ok?" I wish I could take you back in time to see the perplexed look on my face. I said, "I have a limp?" Mentally I did not register what they were asking. You see, my mind had already told my body you're going to wear 5-inch heels COMFORTABLY and NOT WALK WITH A LIMP.
My question to you is, What's Limiting You? What's stopping you from launching? You're First or your Next? What's your EQ? (Endurance Quota) If you don't know what your EQ is, start exercising...not physically MENTALLY. Feed your mind like you feed your body. Redirect your thinking Read and Breath positivity. Smile, and when someone asks why you are smiling, tell them because I Just Took The Limits Off!!!
